Narration:

Forms, notes, table, flowchart and summary completion questions all test your ability to identify specific information, follow a description or write words that are not common but are spelled to you. The skills you need for these questions are the same, so we will look at them as one type of question. Here are two sample question styles. You may be given a box of words to choose from, or you may have to use a word or a number of words you hear in the recording. For this question type, one of the most common errors is not using the time you are given to look carefully at the question and decide what kind of information you are looking for. For example, if you are answering a notes question, and the first part of the note states Cost per night then logically you should be listening for a price.
