Narration:

Using adjectives. In your IELTS speaking test, you will have to give descriptions. These descriptions may be about people, places or objects. For example, in Part One you may be asked about the following points. Describing relies on the use of a wide range of adjectives; in order to get a good result, you will need to demonstrate a wide range of vocabulary when describing. Throughout this speaking course, you will see and practice a number of examples. It is a good idea to think ahead of types of topic you may be asked about and responses you could give. However, on the day of the test, it is important to respond naturally to the questions you are asked. Do not try to make an answer you have prepared fit the question. Not only will the examiner know that you are reciting, but it will also have a negative effect on your fluency. In this lesson we will be focusing on describing people and places.
